7-vehicle pile up slows Oahu commute

If you were driving or riding into town this morning from points west of Pearl City, chances are you were stuck in traffic this morning because of a 7-vehicle pile up on the H-1 Freeway. Read the story here.
Fortunately, the accident did not result in serious injuries or death. When my colleague arrived this morning, she said that once they broke free of the traffic jam, a stalled van hindered progress even further.
"I would have hated to have been the guy driving that van," she said. My other colleague turned back and set up his computer at home.

Driving home to Hawaii Kai from town this morning at 6:30am was a world of hurt. But not due to traffic. Ok, that's all I have to say about morning commuting. lol
